I do meditate every single day, though, and the effect it has on my life is great. I will, however, take a few minutes, make sure decisions when it comes to how I meditate. I'll be linking my cute Monk, though, because why not? Let's spread the joy

So all the relatives and social functions mostly you have people from this religion and cast collecting it. Right? And so they were like, we didn't have access to this information. So we never even considered that we could meditate. Right now we do laughter classes and Yog and Pranayam and all of this. After watching Randy on Asta Channel, every single one of them said this, no surprise there. But then when they were my age, they didn't even know that these options exist
