Instagram, insta blogging, and on other platforms to introduce businesses, talk about food, and a whole lot more. So I may be sending out cues to my followers. Think about certain dishes that just come up time and time again, like, let's say short rib. It seems like you go to a lot of places, and they have a dish with short rib in the name, and it's usually a special. It's usually more expensive

Are popular menu items really popular? Do customers take their cues from menus?

Hi. This is really interesting. So I live in New York City. I'm specifically Queens, and I definitely feel like there, like, every every once in a while, there's just, like, food trends that sweep through all the boroughs. Like, I remember I don't know, it was a couple of years ago, but it was like, pork belly
