And I don't know, I'm, like, curious to hear what people think and the way if you've lived abroad and maybe how that food affects your body versus the food you consume in the United States, dates and what your thoughts are. I'd love to hear

Hey, Sasha. So I just listened to this, and I think this is actually a very interesting topic to talk about because I went to Japan this summer and one of like the big things that I noticed was the way my body digested and reacted to Japanese food versus food in America. And I never really understood or thought about why that might be

Hey, Sasha. Well, it's true idly american food has less dietary fiber in fact, which has been, you know, roughage. And it in general there are fibers which are available in day to day food that we eat. So actually, me being an owner of a chain of restaurants which is mostly based on the American way of cuisine, burgers, french fries and not French fries, was ideally from obviously from German

@sasharunyen20. American food is a recipe for constipation 🤣🤣😢

I can get my plantains here, but I think the closer we eat to things that have less, what you'd say additives and preservatives are just process less, I think the better our digestion will be if we're not allergic to those things. Right. But anyways, I just hope that you figure it out. Just try different things and just follow your intuition. Listen to your body. That's the most important thing because I jumped on this whole vegan train thinking that would be my solution
