Do you really need 3 or 4 things to eat for dinner?

Good day, everybody. Just want to ask a question. Do we really need more than one thing for dinner? You know, so many times we go to dinner or we make ourselves a dinner, and then we we have maybe a nice piece of salmon, and then we decide we got to put potatoes with it. Then we decide we got to have a salad and then maybe even some garlic bread. Is that really necessary?

Hi. This is a good question. As someone who grew up eating big, full meals where you always had a bread, you always had a salad, you always had your meat, and then probably some vegetable salad side, and then you always have dessert. I have gone through a journey of my evolution, of how I have changed how I eat, from how I used to eat growing up. And, yes, I have been practicing cooking more at home

Hey, there. I really think it's great that you are actually thinking about this question and understanding that, hey, there might be a different way to handle my daily meals. And I believe that it's a lot of what these restaurants and corporate companies, they like to do is if you go to McDonald's, if you order a cheeseburger, the first thing they try to do is get you to order a French fry and a Coke for another $0.50. It's only $0.50
