Treat yourself! Today! Tomorrow! This week!

I've been doing really well in the gym, and I decided to treat myself. So I went and I got me and my boyfriend a Cinnabon because he actually loves cinnamon. What are they called? Cinnabon. They're called cinnamon rolls. Cinnamon rolls, yes. And so he loves cinnamon rolls. And I thought it was just perfect. And I can't even remember the last time I had a cinnamon roll. Like, I'm going to enjoy this so much

And I'm speaking for myself because I love sugar. However, I just got done with finals and I have been treating myself to a little bit of junk food because I think it's fine in moderation and I'm trying to reward myself for getting through the h*** of finals

But if you've been doing really well in the gym, you know, aside from just like, treats and things like that, if you're trying to stay away from certain foods, another thing you could do is every time you go to the gym, put some money towards a new workout set or something else that you're interested in like that, because I find that that really motivates me. Otherwise, just continue to do you. That's so awesome. I hope you enjoyed your cinnamon roll

Hey Kenzie, that is such a good idea to put money towards an outfit. Like I have been wanting a new gym outfit for so long, I'm just like, you know, I'll wait kinda like a present it or something from like my parents or my boyfriend and I think that's a really great idea. I think I'm going to do that. Thanks for inspiring me
