First time reading Murakami

But after almost reaching the half of the book it started to take up pace and I found it interesting because it explored the world of fantasy and it really seemed that it was happening in reality. And then after the midway of the book again, the book seemed to lose its space and there were some I don't know what you will feel, but I found some scenes very explicit and some events that were happening

@Anwesa kafka on the shore

Hey, I hope you are doing great and you know have read this book, Kafka on the Shore. It's really an amazing book. The whole story, you know, revolves around two different characters, Kafka Tamura and Nakata Saturu and the characters they came across in their journey. Kafka the Mura is 15 year old runaway bearing a forbidden curse given by his late father and painful memories

@Anwesa Norwegian Wood Novel by Haruki Murakami

The way I don't have a wide circle of friends reading a book or listening to music whenever I got time, not skipping lectures, not talking to anyone, and so on. I like Modori too, the way she just learned all her impressive cooking skills just from a book and she has got some pretty good guts. As I read it, I realized I am so being in love with these incredible characters yet flawed ones and this is such an amazing novel

Hi Geetanjali thank you so much for this suggestion. I'll definitely give it a try. And actually in the book fair many of my friends had bought Norwegian wood but since I already said that I have fascination for cats and I'm seeing the cover of on the Shore is on seeing a cat I was more tempted to buy it and not the Norwegian Woods but as you said I got really interested and I'll definitely give it a try. Thank you so much for replying
