I want to have a mind health craze where we start really looking within on how we can improve ourselves, connect our mind and body because they do work together and create a much better life and a magnet for wonderful positive energies and things to happen for us. That was a lot of there, and they in there and I did it again. So anxiety can lead to depression. There are studies, many studies done in those, and it has concluded that it does. It is the beginning. It is the beginning of mind health anxiety. The beginning of mind health starts with the anxiety. That's where the ball starts rolling, if you will. So that's why I'm sharing with you that I want to make that clear

If you have a question on them, please reply to one of my posts and I will tell you because there's a lot of people sharing stuff that is needless and really doesn't have a basis to it. The three three three is a physical thing. You want to always do something that's like physically connecting to your mind and body. The mind body connection is very, very important when we're dealing with anxiety or dealing with any kind of mind health challenges
