Because I believe that as a community, we can help each other out, especially during those times that we just feel very anxious and we're going to talk more about addictions. And a lot of times it's an underlying health issue or mental health issue. It's not just one addiction, it's two or three. And we'll hopefully get into that the more we dive into this. But I am very excited to have found this wonderful resource which actually was done eight years ago

Hello, Tricia. I just listened to your swell, so I don't know if it's because I wasn't paying attention or I mean, my mind is in a lot of different places. Places. I just got a call from my coworker about an incident at work where we have to talk to HR and I might have to testify in court. But anyways, sugar addiction. I heard the whole thing. It's just squeezing and tapping. Or did I make the squeezing part of it's?

But that's what I'm talking about. I don't need to cut it out 100%, but I would like to reduce it drastically. And I do it every so often. Like the first time I did it, just taking sugar out of my diet, I lost £26 in about, I think it was about five weeks or so. And I'm a baker and I love to cook, so I'm going to always be using sugar. And sometimes I'll bake sugar free

I love the idea of a support group. So thank all of you, all three of you, for kind of chiming in here to bring this idea forward. Because I think everyone has their own relationship to to sugar. But I think the idea of of understanding modalities like you're talking about the tapping and the different resources out there, it's great to have them be filtered through somebody who tries them. I don't have a sugar addiction, so I don't fall into that category

And maybe this is one of those things that will just be a tool or resource, one of the things that can be in my toolbox to help me prevent sliding into a serious depressive episode. I suppose what really matters is to avoid those serious depressive episodes. Anyway, I am willing to try anything you did write, recommend a video

I think the more we don't obsess over giving up sugar or giving up something, the easier it becomes. The tapping that I found on YouTube, I will link that I thought I linked it before and that is still, I do believe, as a very useful tool. It also comes from within. Like you really have to be in tune with your body
