Week 7 Picks

This is less of an indictment on the talent gap between Wisconsin and army and more of the I don't know how one team gets a big lead over the other one, Kentucky and Georgia over 44 and a half. Like I've said a thousand times before, Georgia might do this by themselves. These overunders are just too low. If Kentucky scores twice, this thing's over easily, if they don't score, Georgia might score 45 on their own. Honorable mention goes out to Florida

I would be doing this to be a big let down game, and I think he's going to lose the fan base after this. They're kind of sporadic, and I love Florida. I like the quarterback play. They can put up points and their defense can buckle down. I just don't see LSU moving the ball. I like Florida with the points today, but good luck today

UGA, TCU, and UW

There's three more contrarian plays that I like today. That kind of stand out where everybody is loaded up on one side. One is something that I both agree with you and Mitch and that's TCU and everybody seems to be lined up in Oklahoma. A lot of people thinking that the momentum from that Texas game is just going to carry over and that Caleb Williams is now going to take this team into the College football Playoff. I'm tapping the brakes on that idea

San Jose St

Tony, I just have to mention. And I know this is probably pouring salt into the wounds, but you had the right team wrong week. San Jose State. I'm sure you saw this. They stretched San Diego State to double overtime before losing, but they covered the spread. And you had the right team. M just the wrong week. This week would have been the perfect time to play them. You wouldn't even have to sweat it

La tech and nevraska update

Tony on the UTEP pick. I kind of like the other side of that. Or at least I like Louisiana Tech as a team. If you look at their losses, they've got some they've got three losses to legitimate teams losing by one, two and 7% points in each of those three games. I think they're a better team than advertised. And I think UTAP has really kind of fed on weaker competition. I think Louisiana Tech has faced the tougher battles

UTEP follow up

I recognize that, but hey, they're at home. They've done little wrong. I'm willing to forgive the Boise game. There was a whole lot that went wrong for them in that game. They played about as bad as they could play. They're playing a team that has been beaten and knows how to lose at this point. That has a bigger game the next week on the schedule, they get them at home and they're getting points

Whoa…. UCONN

Also, just a quick alert. Yukon is winning a football game 21 to three. I don't know who out there needs to hear this, but I'm going to repeat that. This is not a drill. Yukon is winning a football game against the another group of human beings 21 to three, midway through the third quarter

Nebraska NW and LSU

I don't know if that's going to be enough for Eddie to keep his job, but it definitely keeps people at Bay. That's a good win for LSU, especially when it was not expected that they win this game. On the flip side, Scott Frost goes into Minnesota and could not do what Bowling Green State University did. And that's come away with a victory against Minnesota. That seat is getting warmer and warmer. I watched some of the game and a lot like the Syracuse game

Looks like MSU and Michigan will have the showdown we wanted

When do we start talking about that game today? Maybe tomorrow, maybe give it to tomorrow. But that one we're going to be talking a lot about that one
