We need to talk about why, when we take a shower, creative genius occurs. Why is it that it's in the shower that we get our best ideas? What is going on? Is there science to explain it? Well, I'm here to try to help us understand why when we get in the shower and we turn on that water and we have some of those feelings, all of a sudden, boom. Creative genius arrives. There's some science behind the shower
We have a blooming of our subconscious mind and bliss and discoveries and remembrances and ideas. And that's why these moments in time are a great time to put on hypnosis or a quiet little mantra or something that you believe in the value of and then build from there and have fun with it. So that's my metaphysical two cent on building on your scientific, physical way of enjoyment and why the shower may be beneficial to these great grandiose ideas. Self love will always win. So one thing I have to tell you is that my brain is a cartoon, and this well, ran all over my brain. I think that the best idea I ever had in the shower was, yeah, going to get a handheld shower head. Best idea ever. And so with that, the cartoon goes crazy. Well, I'm going to go take a shower

I never really considered that being in the shower correlated with being tired, even though that probably does make a lot of sense based on what you explained morning or night time, beginning or end of day. So is the being tired relation aspect that being tired is making the prefrontal cortex less activated, like you're less in that more so cognitive part of your brain and therefore more in the creative parts? Yeah, that would be question one if you have the answer for that
I laugh at myself, and I do. I do it as a joke now, but I do find things really quickly when I accuse somebody of it just kind of off the cuff, kind of in humor. So try that. I don't know. Maybe in the shower. Something in the shower. I don't know. Anyhow, I just thought I'd throw that in
