Atropine vs glycopyrrolate

So today we actually had two patients, both Brady Cardiff under anesthesia because they were both on fentanyl Cris. Fentanyl is an opioid. Sorry, it tends to slow the heart rate, which is normal. It's fine, but it was a little too low for comfort today. So the first patient I gave the Atropine, and it was fine. The dog was a young patient. So the atropine kicked in immediately. And then we had pretty uneventful anesthesia for the rest of the procedure
