So being able to, even though we are technologists and technology is what enable a lot of the breakthroughs in providing new kind of services, education and healthcare. Being able to step back and understand it's about people and listen to the people and observe and hear what they say and what they don't say, observe on how they feel is absolutely critical. And I think a shortcut to that is to have, you know, leaders in communities who already have gained trust for of the of the many, many people who they represent, the leaders fast track the trust. They understand the intentions, they spend the important amount of concentrated time, then they turn back to their communities and say, guys, we need to do this
