So that's why therapy is so great, is because it takes a lot from your subconscious and brings it into your conscious mind through inquiry, questions and simply talking things through. So some beliefs that might affect your life or inhibit your life could be beliefs such as subconscious belief of I'm not good enough. A belief that I am not lovable, a beliefs life am not capable

And then that beliefs life start to arise in our actions and so we want to that's what I mean by alchemy the thoughts and coming out of that black and white thinking and not believing I am stupid, but believing I maybe sometimes do stupid things, but then other times I do very smart things. Everyone does smart things, everyone does stupid things. It's not a matter of all or nothing. And then that belief starts to disintegrate of I am stupid. Okay, that's one example
