And the best way out is through. It's better to work through your attacks so the attacks eventually lose their intensity over time. Remember, buried feelings never die. And the best way out is through. Continuing on in the next segment may

So name things that you can hear in your immediate environment. And then notice if you can smell anything in your environment. Notice if you can taste anything and touch something, such as touching your chest or touching your arms or touching a physical object in the room. So we want to activate our senses

And I also have a podcast that describes different meditation practices that you can try. As always, exercise. Whether it's walking around the block or if it's going to the gym, or if it's jogging or dancing, just anything that gets your heart pumping. So keep on exercising. Journaling is excellent to get your thoughts and feelings out of your mind and out of your body onto paper is always a good idea for keeping your nervous system regulated

You. Good morning. I just had a quick question. I enjoyed the podcast. Very informative for somebody that's dealing with panic attacks. But my question would be on looking outside of yourself, like you're looking down on yourself, can you just distinguish that being a good thing apart from if you've dissociated from yourself your entire life? Because that I'm still doing, and it kind of sounds like what you were describing, but it isn't the best for me

And so to go on a little bit more and elaborate, note that we ourselves are not our body, we are not our thoughts, we are not our feelings and we are not our emotions as much as we are the awareness of our body and feelings and thoughts and emotions

Not that I'm staying in that focus, but when you've learned to say I am, regardless of what you're putting on the end of that statement, it just can't be a good thing for your mind. So I am going to use the I am aware. I love that. So thanks so much again and until next time. You have a great day. Bye
