So what are the twelve things that we need to do as individuals in order to work on ourselves, heal ourselves and become the best version of ourselves? The first thing to work on in therapy for yourself is work on your triggers, noticing what triggers you and then getting into the why it triggers you. Number two, tying in with number one work on your childhood wounds. It's often our childhood wounds that causes our triggers, so we need to go back and deal with and heal our childhood wounds

Hey, Laura. I just wanted to thank you for this. It's really comprehensive and really laid out in a way that's very understandable. And I know this is a commitment you have to just keep us, as you say, thriving. And I think these kinds of environments can be tricky. And to give people structure through which they can work and just really become better versions of themselves for themselves and for each other is really helpful.
