Where can I gain a sense of control? Ask yourself, is there any actual danger in this moment, or am I safe right now? Ask what needs do I have? What needs are not being met, and what needs do I want to have met from this anxiety? So, self inquiry. Ask what do I need to feel safe? If we identify what we need to feel safe, that moves us towards the solution and not the problem. Ask where is this fear really coming from?
