So ask yourself do you have a lot of nervousness, worry, or fear on a daily basis? Do you have feelings that things are strange, unreal, or foggy? Do you feel detached from your body or parts of your body? Do you have sudden, unexpected panic spells? Do you have apprehension or a sense of impending doom? Do you feel stressed, tense, uptight, or on edge all the time? Do you have difficulty concentrating or zoning out?

So there's a lot of things that you can do to help with your anxiety in the now, in the moment until you can get to your doctor, okay? And if medications work for you, great. If you don't like taking medications and you want to stay off of them, there's lots of techniques to help reduce your anxiety.
