Are you the best option still in the market? It really becomes a reselling effort. Those QBRs have become new sales, new sales opportunities, new sales necessities really, you really need to resell yourself every single quarter. If there's any sort of change with anybody within that team that you sell directly into now, I would especially say if there was a change in power, treat that as a new client opportunity. You may not be the favorite coming into that situation
