What is mismatch?

And there really isn't much thought to how much time they spend sitting compared to even the most recent relative past, but most specifically compared to the deep past, this habitual sitting and non movement is absolutely not a match for the human body. And it causes all kinds of deleterious health effects.…"

It really I know I i have I have such a pole to open my back door every day with my bare feet and and go into the garden and just spend time, and it's such a primal experience. And I always go, like, half dressed with my bare feet.…"

"…Antibiotics, of course, is an obvious one overtreated water, a lot of stuff like that. So I think really the easiest solution is to eat ancestral foods. So ferment some things and find some countertop fermentations really easy and pretty tasty or your own sourdough or whatever it is that you have all people's fermented foods. And that seems to be one way to really keep yourself super healthy. But I'd love to continue the conversation.…"

The mismatch is caused by the capitalist motivations and the capitalist agenda. I'm sounding so conspiratorial, but it feels like it right. It's like we're told we have to live a certain way.…"
