But I realized that song triggered me and that I hadn't really dealt with everything dealing with my divorce. I didn't deal with the guilt. And I realized I had to learn to let go. I made mistakes in my marriage. I made wrong decisions and bad choices, and I suffered consequences because of it. But I don't have to be merely defined by those things. I learned that I can make those mistakes and become a better man, and I can grow emotionally, spiritually
