Autism Spectrum Disorder-what exactly is it?
I have posted the link in the description for this swell as well, so you can take an in depth look at it. Now, keep in mind, autism spectrum disorder, it's an umbrella term, okay? Like a lot of things, some of these signs and symptoms will be common, some will not. And it affects everybody a little bit differently. The key here is to see the person again and not the label

Now, I'm not sure what necessarily brought it on, but it did, you know, it was more of what I would describe as a fluke. And I was put on medication for seizure medication for a time. And since then, I had not experienced a seizure since. So, again, I have experienced some of the symptoms of autism along with my CP
And because a lot of these things are so similar, and especially to receive medical and educational services, they need to differentiate them a little bit in order for people to get services. But then that causes some other issues down the line. But definitely a good point. I always appreciate your candor. And again, I'm really glad you're part of my swell community. And, um, look forward to more chats with you. Thanks and have a good day. Nick. Bye

The biggest thing that tipped us off with Diana was when she started to talk, and then she just stopped talking randomly, and she didn't actually pick back up until her second year of preschool. So definitely keeping an eye out for that. When it comes to me, my biggest thing, it does overlap with my ADHD, but mine is more a sensory overloading concern, which is what happens if I'm ever in an environment where there's just too much going on at once
It can only go up from here and be even better and more positive. So thank you very much. I always appreciate everything you let us know and your candor, and I look forward to more wonderful conversations too. Bye
