So I want to hear from you guys, any of you who have children in special education, friends in special education, anything you've dealt with. How did you find the process and what ways helped you collaborate and be part of that team? Again, I am pretty open person myself. I mean, I'm one of those special ed teachers. I will cook meals for my kids. I've given them clothes, et cetera

Now, there's many different ways that I handled it when I ran youth sports leagues, but for the most part it would always be, okay, let me assess this, see if I'm missing anything, and then escalate it. Bring in somebody a level higher than me. Because most likely it's the age of the Karen. They're going to escalate it anyways. They're going to want to speak to your manager

You. Good afternoon, Miss Pritchett. Well, I was listening to you and it sounds like you have a lot of passion for what you do. And I would get customers that would be very disappointed in whatever service or a product, and they would come in and some of them would go immediately, like you say, to that place where they were just really hollering and taking it to the heights. And one thing that I found was very helpful is that I would say, tell me again exactly what the problem is. And then they would tell me, and then I would repeat it back to them

You. Hey, Jacob. Thank you for your response to my post. I'm actually a special education teacher here in well, I live in Northern California, but I work in Central California. Long story. But thank you for your positivity. I appreciate it. I don't know if it was politically motivated. It was more of just of this woman trying to be a bully to get her way type of thing
