What advice would I have for podcasters? Just keep going. Keep doing it. Consistently doing it. Stay three inches away from your microphone mostly. Just keep going. Line. Just stick with it and keep going. You're doing better than you think you are. You really are. We're all making this up as we go. No one has a clue. It's going to be okay and just reach out. Don't be afraid to to reach out to other people and other podcasters

Hey, this has been great listening to you. Tell me about how important you think the name is of a podcast. How much does that carry in terms of promoting and for people to kind of get to know who you are and what's the origin of your podcast in terms of the name
Hi. Thank you so much for asking. Great question. I think the name of the podcast is really important. You really have to find something that you like and that captures the essence of what your podcast is about. The story about my podcast title is that originally it was called Internal Dialogues of a Curious Human, but that was too long. So it's actually a play on Derogatory terms for women in film and TV. So like an example would be Zoe de Chanel in 500 Days Summer

Yeah, definitely. I did an episode on my relationship with abortion and my relationship with trauma. Both of those I was very nervous about. I was really, really, just really nervous anxious about them because they were topics that really hit home for me.
