Good morning. I don't have a lot of time today, but that's the thing that I actually wanted to talk about is that it is take time to do things today is just kind of busy. Like I'll be running a couple of errands stay, and I have my normal work schedule and I don't know things already feel hyped, and I don't like operating out of a hyped atmosphere

And if I don't do that, then the rest of the day just bleeds into that time, and I just end up not doing it. So I'll book that time on my calendar and treat that as if it's the most important thing that I'm going to do all day, because honestly, it probably is

But the act of just weeding the garden is so cleansing and grounding and so helpful to me. So, yes. Taylor, I definitely agree with you that being outside is a great way to slow down. So I really appreciate the idea of booking time. I do not do that. I will say I'm very much at the end of my day, I do some yoga, and I'm pretty strict on it just because I never regret doing my yoga. I always regret skipping it
