And a post like that of simplest of posts just appreciating that we're still here. Everything is not lost. It's not the end of the world is very rejuvenating. It's kind of like pumping that in you. And it's giving you the hope. And every single time, I feel like I've lost that hope. Hey, Mowie. Yes. I definitely resonate. I think probably one of the best lessons I've learned is that I will never arrive at first sounds exhausting, but then actually a relief, because if I don't feel like I have arrived, then I don't have anything to worry about because I'm still becoming and I'm still growing. And I'm still learning. Well, I am if I'm actually putting myself in the position of learning and growing and change. So, yes

I think in retrospect of 2020, I think for me, the biggest takeaway was this is the greatest opportunity to sit with someone and empathize like this is an opportunity for empathy, that we are all going through some things in various ways. And not everyone took that stance. But I still feel it's one of the greatest opportunities to just sit and listen and understand someone perspective and someone's experience. So thank you so much.
