Everybody knows that we are in a closed situation and all of us have gone through this lockdown. I just want to know, is there any new skill that you guys developed during this period or what to movie? Yes. Please suggest me or if you have gone through a depression during this period, just let me know I'm there for you. I just want to know it

So I think for me, I've learned to develop even more curiosity about my mind due to this pandemic and also gratitude for the relationships I am able to sustain with the people I love through technology. And it's given me a lot of insight into what I really value. I think so. I would love to hear more from you as far as maybe what's one of the biggest things you've learned about yourself through all of this

And that is when I realized I was actually thinking I was actually giving me a break for a moment and I was like, what are you doing with your life? Is this working all through your life going to be a good one? I wanted to take a break, so I took a break to catch up on my long lost passion. So yes, I am in the process of finding myself doing the things which I like cooking, finding the inner peace

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing that. That was so inspiring to hear. And it was just such a great reminder to me that often what is the result of any sort of breakdown is a breakthrough, and it's really cool to to hear about how everything so Pandemic has led to you realizing wanting the shift in values and what you're doing with your time and spending more time and your passions. That's amazing. And I really relate to that
Hi. Yeah. That seems like a really interesting question. So instead of focusing on, like, hobbies and like other stuff, I would just say it changes your perspective on a lot of things. For, for example, my work involved a lot of travel, so it had been pretty hectic for the past few years. I had multiple times where I wouldn't even get a day off. For weeks

I will never get this opportunity again. So I took out a book that I've been working on, like, I guess, 1015 years ago, and I took it to the printers. I printed it out, and I was like, this is the perfect time to use the three months to finish reading the book and then rewriting the book. Well, long story short, I've only read about 50 pages

We definitely have to talk about maintaining two jobs at a time. One is your passion, and one is which actually gives you the money. And yeah, definitely passion also gives you the money. Thank you. Thank you, Andrea. Thank you. And thank you. Podcast for sharing these wonderful experiences and thoughts. Hope to connect with you guys even more. Thank you. Thanks a lot. Bye

So by and large, that was what it was and also feature writing and writing for nonprofits, etc. For. And I feel that I have been largely willing to do it and thankfully because of my family and my husband who supported me in my thought process and really let me take that break and shouldered a lot of responsibilities himself. And finally, I am doing a lot of things that I wanted to do

Or when a child graduates from my clinic Pediatrics when they're 18, I send them off and it's just my heart just completely broken in a good way. It's very poignant. It's like you watch these children grow and now they're there and they're not my own children. So I'm in other field of helping, but there is a flip side to this that just because you're helping, there are two kinds of help

This does happen in everybody's life at some point or the other. So we need to embrace it and hope that we are guided on a better path and on a path that makes us happy and content with our lives. Yeah

Hey, Woodsmith, I just wanted to add, I don't know if I've mentioned it before, not just on this swell, but on a different swell. But there is a course by Yale University. It's called The Science of Wellbeing, and it's free. Okay. So sometime during the pandemic, I took this course and I did everything. I finished all the course. I didn't do the post test, the post happiness check test. But I did the whole course
