Positive Affirmations

article image placeholderUploaded by @thefabchieftess
For example, you can use positive Affirmations to help you quit smoking or lose weight. There are a number of different ways that you can use positive Affirmations. You can write them down and repeat them to yourself several times a day. You can also create a positive Affirmation playlist and listen to it on your phone or MP3 player. You can even create a positive Affirmations poster and hang it on your wall. Share with me how do you use positive Affirmations and if you don't, what's stopping you?

It's more just like, oh, so that would be nice, but yeah
