Dream Interpretations - We are all shamans here...

article image placeholderTime to take out the mental trash?
That's my dream. And it's over and over again that I see the raisin. The ball rolls over the raisin and it goes into the gutter and never hits the pins. And it lasted for quite a while in my mid 30s. And I had this little dream box that I used to write down dreams. And I didn't even need to use a lot of paper because I was like I had that dream and it was always in the same sort of weird bowling alley

The mind is a neighborhood you should never walk in alone ...

Symbols in Dreams

But yeah, I think that's so interesting because myself, I've experienced a numinous dream or a dream where the dreamer feels they experience divine interaction in the presence of God, or you interacted with God or spoke to God this kind of dream. And for the longest time, I've been trying to study my own dream, and I've learned so much from that one dream. It's crazy so much about myself and so much reflection on the path that I'm on

Yes! @The3rdOWL

So of course, I am in the space of, like, just randomizing this whole conversation to invite all kinds of voices that might not be as I guess the word is respectful of the world of the dream dream interpretations. We are all your voice is in the mix here because I didn't even expect someone who actually does this stuff to hear this. So it's great that you're here, and I really dig your thoughts. So thank you. Thank you

Okay, the meaning of this dream feels very obvious to me. Clearly, this is a psychosexual dream. So what do we think the bowling Wolff presents? Sit with that for a moment. What do we think the crushing weight of the bowling ball represents? And lastly, what does that small, delicate but very significant reason. Think about it for a moment. I think this is a dream about navigating the world while also having to live with the crushing weight of the patriarchy. Anyone

Patriarches relentless loop of pain.

Wow. That's an incredible perspective. I actually never really saw that at first, but as you say it, I can see it. You know, the symbolism of how that can mean that. Wow. That's beautiful. I love that. Thank you so much for sharing. And that is fire. That's hot. Yeah. Definitely. That's a really good thought. Really good perspective

@DBPardes #raisond’etre

You're there in the bowling alley, the representation of the children's fantasy birthday party. And your ball keeps hitting a raisin, which represents aging. It's the most supple juicy fruit dried out to a shriveled pellet. So each time your efforts to be young, frivolous and joyful are met with your fear of being old, your fear of drying up, of being irrelevant. Hope that helps

Grapevine says...

Oh, I heard it through the great vine. Not much longer would she be mine? I heard it through the grapevine and I'm just about to lose lose my mind. So, Deborah, given what I know about your geography and your age, and I'm putting this dream in the context of clearly, this is a dream. The Raisin is a California raisin, and what it represents is covers of Motown classics. So this is a dream about nostalgia
