How do you beat imposter syndrome?

You. I'm really interested in how other people beat impostor syndrome. You know, you're you're making this world. You've got characters you're in love with, you're writing your novel. Then you get to that point where you become self critical. I'm not good enough. Somebody's already told this story better than me. I'm going to get rejected, I'm going to get terrible reviews, and I'm going to get terrible sales

I'm trying to become better at my craft and kind of, like realign myself with what I really valued. Stuff like I'm just trying to learn as much as I can. Yeah. I don't know if that helps, but I really like your jar idea, and I am definitely going to try to do that

One of the things when I started working out consistently this year, starting in December, all the way until now, I didn't use the scale. I didn't go look at the scale. I didn't look at the scale. Now one bit, I was like, I'm going to let people I'm going to use my scale, and my scale is going to be people. When people tell me, man, I can tell you've been working out, man
