Hey. Peace, everyone. Wheels of Life by Anna Dia. Judith is a book that I recommend. It's about the Chakra system and some more than just that inside the book, but pick it up and it's a page turner, but you definitely want to come back and read it a few times to get it, if you're familiar with it and you'll understand a lot of it. But it's not just read a simple read and put down. Come back to it as needed

Hi. Thanks for sharing this. I've never heard of that book. I do reiki, energy healing and, yeah, a lot of chakra work. So I should definitely check this out and learn more. But look forward to hearing more of your swells, too
