Teacher Burnout + Parent Accountability

I have nothing else to give. My well is bone dry. I am in a drought. I'm tired. I'm burned out. The state of education has to change. Children are allowed to be disrespectful, rude, on poof. The amount of cursing that I hear from children and it's as if there's nothing wrong with it. Every day I'm given a new task to do. Today we had a meeting. It's our first day back from Labor Day

I dated a girl that's a teacher, and she's a tiny girl that deals with autistic kids, and every morning she was just mad even before she went to school, because it's just a job and it's a drag, and there needs to be passion. These kids need to be presented with this information in a way where they find it interesting

So I hope that these thoughts stimulate some ideas and maybe inspire education, because I'm never going to stop learning, because otherwise your brain just kind of atrophies, just like a muscle, and it's a muscle, too. So maybe these kids will enjoy working out

And it's sad to say that the parents is letting these kids know that they don't have to be as serious with their education. Just go to school. Now. I was excited for today because I've been with my kids all summer. We didn't really get to do nothing because of personal reasons

@NickGweezy

Whereas when you're home, you're more focused on the school work, you learn more and it's more stimulating because a child always feels more comfortable at home anyway than being in a public place, especially school. So, like I said, I feel for her. I feel for the lovely lady that posted this and gave us her thoughts about this

And so I would say to people, don't refer someone to me. Or they'll say they would say, I told them to get into nursing because they would have a job, but they don't know what they want to do. And I would say, don't refer someone to me just so that they could have a job. This is a big deal. We're talking about someone's life. They could die or have an extended hospitalization if someone doesn't care about their work

Now, my second part is related to the children. I think back to myself. I was raised in the church, twoparent household, middleclass family. We weren't rich by any means. My parents lived paycheck to paycheck a check, and we knew that it wasn't something that they sold it from us. Don't cry me a river. We are all right. But it just gave us perspective on what we could afford and what we could not

And initially, my son didn't understand the math concept, but after playing that game, he like, got it. But she made it fun, and she made it joyful and creative. And his science teacher like, science his grade last year, d science this year. And A, because his science teacher was like, look, I don't do homework. All of my stuff is pretty much going to 98% be hands on. So he's doing lots of hands on
