First of all, perifrontal cortex, it causes loss of neurons in peripheral context. I'm not very good in biology but again I studied a lot about it and now hypothalamus it kills the neurons in hypothalamus. That's what anger can do to your body and also it leads to high heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose level and low thyroid function and a number of natural killing cells and eyesight below and migraines bone density. Low digestive system can low metabolism, low and dry amount

People can become angry for many reasons and everyone experiences anger differently. Like you already mentioned, everything and it was so informative. I just can't register listening to us over and over again. And even the circumstances that cause an angry outburst in one person may not affect another person at all. Someone might experience anger if they feel attacked or threatened, deceived, frustrated, or powerless

Hey. Hi. It is Assad. You know. You call me sweetie, you call me cutie. You call me sweetie, sweetie, sweetie all the time. But I easily get frustrated from the things you want to believe. The people I love, the people who are always with me. I just maintain a distance from the people I love. I mean, my family and my friends. I just maintain a distance and speak less. I mean, Kambat Kuro, like you said

So I believe in saying all of the things that are in my head, but I do understand the consequences and all. So I better say them in a practical way so that the words that I'm saying might be offensive to others, but it is completely the truth. But I agree on that point. We really need to stop and think. I'm trying to control myself, not to just entertain that person who's making me angry at that moment

And again, being angry is not a problem. How it rules you is the problem. And it's completely fine. Take your time

Depression, anger issues are a bad thing and I think that if you are dealing with them, you should definitely try some spirituality, meditation or hear some music. Positive music and action movies, please. And five minutes away. Stay smiling and stay safe. Forever peace and have a nice day

And the way you deliver your speech here is always commendable and it always makes your content more attractive to listen. That's what I can say without this. I would like to ask you for a favor. I will be very glad if you will rely on my very recent swell that is about a childhood dream. So waiting for you there. Thank you
