How much would you rate your conversation skills on a scale of 1-10? How often do you talk what's bothering you? Why is it important?

Holding a conversation and telling the things that bother us. Sometimes we are all going through something and we wish Kashku bath. But sadly, even though when we have someone to talk with at that moment, we can't communicate because we are too messed up in our own mind, because we have done overthinking to that extent that no one can pull us out of that overthinking. And that is what that keeps us stopping from sharing it with everyone. Let's just say our loved ones

Hey, Nikita. So I love the topic that I've highlighted here about conversational skills because I feel like as humans, we are social beings. Right. So it's very important to know what you're feeling and sometimes share it with another person that really helps you with and coping with it. And sharing even a happy feeling is always so good for anyone. So it's really important

Absolutely right. And you actually raised the gentleman topic. That is the importance of communication in our lives. We really, really need to communicate our feelings and emotions and what we feel about to our loved ones. We really need to make sure you understand so that they can help us get out of it. And communication is the key in any friendship, relationship or anything for that matter

It's better to have a mature conversation because that can save life, that can save relationships, bonds and everything. And most above all, that you stop leaving with regrets because the next day you wake up and you don't have to realize that, oh my God, I wish I could have said that and this was not happening, but still just fear of what other person might be thinking or how he or she may feel. And the bigger one that whatever they take granted

How I thought of keeping few things from him because it felt like he didn't understand me because it was maybe not his job to get to know about this. I can handle it and sort it on my own now. When I realized I realized that Nava made things only worse and I would rate my conversation skill not even four. But then I'm also good at conversation. Why is it that sometimes when I know I can talk to someone properly, I withhold myself from doing that?

Hi. Shruti. First of all, I'm really happy that you know that where you are lagging. And you know, this is our best, biggest tent that we when a person knows they have the lads, this is their biggest strength. This is the biggest power. Because those who don't know about the weaknesses of the gift loses for me, for those who embrace it are already the winners. So I really think that you're a nice person

But in case things don't go in that way, you should be proud that you communicate it because it is the most important thing right now to communicate. And yeah, I'm really happy my words were useful to you and I really wish to speak about more content like this so that people relate to it. And I'm really so happy that at least I have been acting like what someone wanted to hear. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say

That is so important. So that's why I would say that I'm pretty good with my conversations, but maybe I can make them a little bit more engaging and ask them some pretty fun, interesting questions. I think in conversation, maybe more engaging. But I would definitely say that that is how I would rate sort of my conversational skills

So it's just like it's fine, I'll give you the information and I'll please you. Don't worry. So that's what you have to do when you talk with someone. If you really need to talk with someone, you have to make them laugh or just bring up a recent topic like a meme or something so that you can keep them engaged. And overall, yeah, you seem like a really nice speaker and pursue really fluent, of course

I just give out my best and it's appreciated by people and I have worked on myself a lot like two years, no sleep, nothing. Health is ruined, everything ruined. But now I'm just tasting the satisfaction that I get Institution of Engineers and it was like by everyone an ambivalent type of person. I'm totally extrovert. I have confidence in speaking and expressing myself to the fullest, keeping my viewpoints, taking a stand. I'm so confident in that that I can feel that
