It is best to take these beverages by themselves, with no foods and without a book or other distractions. Focus on the liquid as you sip it slowly. Severe every bite of the flavor, texture, temperature in your mouth before sowing it down and feel the soil completely. Close your eyes as you do this. Who truly enjoy the drink. Hey, Akash. So I got everything you say. Like, it was amazing. You said it was just very amazing. Like breathing exercise. Like, I do so good and doing nothing is just so good. And sometimes, like, I don't want to do anything. Anything. But then two thoughts are coming in with mine and listening as well. Now I have got this thing. Okay, so now I can do nothing and just sit with myself and enjoy alone time

It is so true that when we have to do something, we raise around and actually not do it. But when we actually have free time, we just don't know how to breathe, you know, how to relax. Because life has become such a to hustle that we will feel unproductive if you're not doing anything. So true
