And there's so many incredible things in this book, but my spirit has led to talk about this one specific topic, they say on page one in the introduction. At the very bottom. The fact is that the slicing of women's bodies has been both a violent hermeneutical clue, but also a pervading theological practice with direct consequences for women's bodies and lives

A system influenced by patriarchy: Gender control. How can anyone tell another who they are and or what they are?

@DBPardes @realbriggster @The3rdOWL thoughts?

If you ever get to one of the readings, and I'm sorry to do that focus, but they call those political agents, right? You are an agent because you're holding to the limitations that are there when rather you should be a political subject, the political subject is the one that is very aware of their context but is not confined by the limitations that have been set, but rather fights for the needs of the space and the context that they are in

Various authors of color describe it as a voice in their heads that reminds them that their writing, characters and plot characters or choices are going to be judged by white readers. And the reader or viewer by default is white. And also A-K-A. Right. White supremacy. It's literally the air we breathe

Like breathing Air. 🙏🏽💯❤️🤓

And the doctor says, well, it doesn't seem like you have it looks like you've been breathing in some other stuff that was more than just HTML. So that's how we have these hints of synthetic or manipulated things that are foundational, like breathing air. What if the very air we're breathing is not air? What do we do? How do we operate at that point? What does this now mean? Do my limitations change? Does my potential change?

So I'm listening again. You know, I was I was listening to these posts on my drive back from the faculty retreat and listening to it now. And I am just to get some clarification. Santa, what you had mentioned, I was talking about a particular text that mentioned three different political people. You can either be a political actor in which you play a part, but in reality, you're just getting what you want to get
