a Shamans Meditations: "Rest"

article image placeholdera Third Oddly Weird Learner Co-Creation
We all need it, but practice it differently. Rest is like beauty. Only the beholder can see it. Some practice on the 7th, while others do it when they can, no matter how or when you do it. We should meditate on finding rest a shame

A meditation on Rest. Where can rest be found in your life?

Youtuber is better than this or others. I don't know where to start. There is no one to guide me on this. And there is also phone apps, but I don't know where I can start. I'm a beginner. I don't have any information about it. So if you could please advise me for one channel, you find that YouTube is good or something to advise me to follow, I would be so appreciated. Thank you

Meditation is a relative practice.

Listening to music, your favorite song that inspires you, or maybe triggers a loving memory back when you were a little child. Perhaps this could be a connection for you to find something deeper for yourself. But meditation looks very different for everybody, my friend. And I honestly couldn't sit here and drop a YouTube channel name without dropping them all. You know what I mean? Because as a shaman and journey, I'm not into biased views

Hello. Really appreciate your interest. And you replied to me, you're so kind and you got the point. It should be relative to what I'm seeking or what you want. You are correct 100% for me. I just wanted to calm me down because I'm suffering from stuttering. And I found myself when I was home. When I did meditation, I found myself I can control it. And with a specific technique I got from my doctor, I am succeeding 100%

What are you afraid of when you experience anxiety? @madymz

And based on my example, you could probably reflect upon your own life and see, maybe every time I did experience these extreme anxieties, what was I really thinking of? What was I afraid of? Right. Because that's at the very root of it. It's fear. What are we afraid of? And whatever you're afraid of is valid. I want you to know that it's not good or bad. This is not that

Hello, Jammers. How are you again? Appreciated your trust. You are very close to the point you reached the root cause. Actually, the root cause of my fear or what makes me nervous or anxious is the fear of being a stutter self. The history when I'm stuttering when I was a kid, I was watching the reactions of the others. So what makes me sad? What makes me better? More because I'm so sad of their reactions
@aShamaninJourny

Letting go of the fear that is imprisoning you and me.😅🙏✌️

But the key to your escaping from this and finding rest sounds like it lies in accepting that your stutter may or may not come out, but how it affects people and you're concerned with how they think of it or respond to it. That's what's imprisoning you, right. That's that fear. So as you begin to meditate, how will you come to terms with this?
