Share this with someone you need to have a discussion with but don't know where to start. Maybe you grew up as an only child and didn't really learn how to converse with others in a healthy way. Maybe you grew up living in the shadow of an older sibling. Maybe you were the older sibling and so you had to basically raise your else and your siblings. Whatever the case, I understand that if a lot of what you've seen and experience happened while you were flying under the radar

That's the one meaning in kindergarten, we learn basic skills of listening and sharing and putting our heads down when we're tired and singing like nobody cares because you're fabulous. And then we get all crazy as we get older, we get inhibitions and we get ideas in our heads that we get stuck in. And I love intergenerational conversations. I always love speaking to older, older people and younger younger people

So I feel like I've always been a second mom to my siblings. And I've been thinking a lot about I read somewhere this quote that said you are now who you needed five years ago or when you were younger, which I love. And I think extending a hand, being able to be that person to somebody who needs it, I think, also helps us within I think there's a beautiful little symbiotic thing going on. Yeah
