This comes easy to me or somebody, especially if you interact with children, the answers really come through from them where you're like, wow, that was a really simple way of viewing life. That was really meaningful. It really came from the heart

That's like integrating all of these ideas that we're learning, because you can learn the ideas, and then you can go in one of your out the other, you can stick with your old patterns. It's like the integration that really matters, at least for me. And I feel like there are many things that I've integrated it, and then I've slowly lost over the years, and I've slipped through the cracks, and then I need to relearn and reintegrate. So thank you
