So whosoever is going through whatever mental illness, whatever sad up and down, whatever it is, I would love to talk to that person because I know how it feels. Because I go through the same thing every now and then. And maybe that was the actually, that was the main reason I was not active on this particular app. I was not fine and I'm still not fine but I thought that I should spread a word that maybe if anyone wants, why not?

But your eye and your mind think always positive. In every moment of life, of every moment of nature. And every moment of human. You always see form a positivity in your mental health. So you think about like of earthquake or what is say tsunami. So think positive. It's a nature. So that's called a recycle the human traffic and human pollution is so big and then large and large day by day. So pollution is not giving to nature in a satisfied to his natural care

And this is the best part about you, that you are realizing it, that you are going through so much of pain. So no issues, my dear. Just calm down. Let those thoughts come to your mind one by one. These are just your thoughts. These are just fragments, pieces of emotions, or what do you connect where you are connecting yourself with? Let them just come and go. Okay? The only thing is that mind is something that you need to take charge of

And one more thing I would like to add here, dear, that go for deep breathing exercises. Changing your breathing pattern can do wonders to your mental and to your psychological and physiological health. Just focus on your breathing pattern. Focus on your breath and just see the change in yourself. You will feel much calmer. Relax and you'll be in a better state of mind to take decisions for yourself. All the best

Much respect and much love 🫡❤️

I respect the courage that you've shown in opening up over here. And I know it's not easy, but you've done it. And because you've done it, I am now inspired and encouraged to share something that I've been going through, right? So I've always been someone who was able to sleep without any problem. But two years back, I had a breakup in my relationship and for the first time in my life, I understood what insomnia was

Reggie, I would like to say something over here. After looking at the kind of responses that you give to so many fuel cast, I can now say it with confidence that you have emerged as a winner, my dear. You have a long way to go. You are stronger than what you actually imagine yourself to be. You have a long way to go. Keep it up. All the best
