Habits Are Better Than Goals

I truly believe that habits are better than goals and it's because habits are already established. Habits are already established. They're already a normal part of your life, your everyday life, and you're taking action on those habits every single day. Goals, hopes, wishes, dreams, those things haven't happened yet. So you're still having to take action in order to achieve those things. And unfortunately, most people end up quitting

That's just an example of an identity that's, for me, I'm working on and that's just starting to doing more walks. If I can walk somewhere instead of taking a train or just even running for a short time, knowing that, oh, I'm have to run all these miles, I could just run a little bit and then walk. So, yeah, I think creating these habits for myself has been so helpful. So, yeah, thanks for sharing
