But ultimately right now, what I wanted to share is that when you're talking about eliminating people, I don't believe that there is any true gain by eliminating parents or siblings or relatives or long term friends or people that you have known for so many years. I believe that it has to change. I believe that if they are not respecting you, you have to put boundaries, you have to put limits, but eliminating people completely out of your life

I don't know if closure is the right word, but I think definitely there's something in surrender and forgiveness, and there's a lot of power in that and kind of letting go. Like, for instance, if you pick up a hot coal, let's say that the experience, any one of the number of experiences you mentioned, it formulated heat, right?
