Listening to your body! Yes!

But, you know, from then, I've just really been listening to my body and really just understanding what works for my body. And I think I have that I know what makes me feel better. I know it does not make me feel better, which is really the key foods to stay away from. And I got to say when I follow that I just feel healthier. I have more energy and I feel just more light on my feet

Positive evolution not fear-shame fueled, temp "change" Amen sis. 👍

I've always been frustrated whenever anybody takes on obesity and the obesity related illnesses that are serious. They always tell people about losing weight. And for women, we tie that to our appearance, into our desirability and our value as human beings is on our weight, Ironically, being less, not more. We want to be smaller. Anyway. I won't go into all that. I have sociology backgrounds
