Some initial thoughts about The Falcon and the Winter Soldier trailer...

Alright, swell. I want to talk for a moment about the trailer that just came out for Falcon and and and the Winter Soldier trailer. Big fan of Marvel. And I have to say that at first glance, I think the show looks pretty darn cool. I'm excited to see something of this magnitude take place in a series. It's definitely going to be fun for us comic book nerds that lived off of these sort of stories taking place in the books for so many years now

So I'm curious to see what it works out to be. I like what I'm seeing so far in the trailer. I like the fact that they're giving these shows decent budgets. I think I had a fear at one point that a lot of these Marvel shows were going to look like CW, DC related shows where you like the shows because you really like the heroes, but the shows themselves are a little iffy even some of the Netflix stuff was doing

@shanepaulneil have you started WandaVision?

Hey, Shane. Sorry. It took me a minute to get back to you. Yeah, the DC shows were really strange, weren't they? I think I watched the majority of Arrow, and then like, half of The Flash, and I was like, yeah, these are okay. But I didn't really feel like I wanted to invest as much time into them as I was

I'm also curious to see how this spins forward into the movies, like Shield did a good bit of that where they were trying to keep up with the timeline of the movies. But now you have the shows kind of leading into the next phase of the movie. So I want to see how those partner up, like the MCU, like, the emphasis really is on the you, which is what I love

And I think by the end of episode three, I was completely invested going forward. And it gives me a lot of hope for the TV shows that they announced. Like you said, because I feel like sort of in the same way that comic books have events. I tend to just like the regular storylines more than the events themselves. I feel like there's more character development that's done
