And you will see just how incredibly beautiful some of these foods are. As a Persian American, I feel very strong sense of connection to my culture when I get to eat these foods. And I think that in some ways is the only way that I will really get to experience that culture other than being around my family that live here with me. So I hope that you all enjoy. I would love to know more about the cuisines of cultures from all around the world

And it's such a boundary breaker. And I just love that you're using this platform to drop us into Tehran and allow us to see this very rich, delicious culture steaming literally with flavors. It's just great. I want to invite a couple of people to this who I know will enjoy this. So I'm excited to see who else is going the chance to watch this and hear more of your thoughts
And during this time when everything just seems so unpredictable and people are so hostile, I just feel like food is a way for us to sort of move beyond that, even for just a moment and kind of envelope ourselves in culture and history and just togetherness. And I really admire that about food. And I think that this particular video really kind of portrays that perfectly
