QAnon Family (This Place Rules - Channel 5 News)

article image placeholderQ Family (This Place Rules)
Oh, we have to make sure that these men air quotes can't use public restrooms because that's where they're going to commit sexual assaults, when in reality we know that the vast majority of sexual assaults are coming from people that the victim often knows ahead of time. So the goal here is to rile people up and get them to pledge their undying loyalty to one side or the other

This is an exclusive scene from Andrew’s new documentary on HBO. https://youtu.be/Hdk3a9pI_jA #channel5 #sociology #journalism

And if you think about it and you look at it, and he makes the point that they've gone away from outside reporting, and then they just have people in the studio talking heads, just screaming at each other and really just trying to rile you up. And I think on that documentary, movies even made the point that Tucker Carlson was number one, rachel Maddow was number two

They genuinely love him, and they love what he has to say, and they want to be a part of whatever narrative he's pushing at the time. I know children that in their homes. Fox News is on regularly, children that want to be Tucker Carlson when they get older. I've had them say this to my face, right? And so these companies are very aware of the sway and influence that they have over people

And to me, this is a huge failure of the public school system. I actually have come to look at the public school system extremely critically. And while I understand that there are many places where it is what wonders, I must also look at how badly it has failed a large mass of people and created this entire generation of people who don't seem to be as educated as they ought to be in this time and day

Let's see, who else? Al Jazeera English. The BBC. Relatively, relatively decent coverage, but NPR is a really good source for just the facts, ma'am kind of news reporting. Although in my opinion, it does tend to lean a little left. So with that in mind yeah, when you're watching or anyone is watching news, they should keep in mind that they are trying to get the most views, get the most clicks, get people feeling outrage

And unfortunately, whenever you devote yourself and your time and your heart to something, to that degree, you're going to, whether you're consciously doing it or not, rub it off onto your children. It's no different than being like a hardcore sports fan, right? Like, I love this one soccer team. My kid is going to love that soccer team. It's just the way that people think about things, especially when they have children

And people will be quick to point out that it's interesting that there are so many allegations coming out on the back of a movie release, especially through HBO. A lot of eyeballs on Andrew Callahan right now. But it should be said that the vast majority of sexual assault cases do actually happen the way that the victims claim they did. Very rarely is it faked, especially when multiple people are involved
