Head Trauma is no joke!

article image placeholderBob Saget's cause of death released
So a few weeks ago, we learned of the tragic passing of Bob Sagitt. He was a guy that was loved by really almost every single person I've spoken to about it since it happened and wanted to take a second now that the autopsy results have been released to the public to talk about something that I just think we need to really continue to draw attention to, and that is head trauma

This story got me thinking about the world of professional sports quite a bit. https://s.swell.life/SSx3hgTkrQFKiMa

But I never really understood the whole death aspect and the swelling of the brain and stuff like that until I got older. And I would be like, oh, my God, I'm so thankful that I learned this at a young age that head injuries are really serious. And so flash forward. I never liked any sort of aggressive sports like that. Anyways, like football or I guess even you can group rugby in there. It's just always been scary to me

This might come to a shock, but I've done bare knuckle boxing, regular boxing, UFC to a degree where it's hold, plus striking, plus submissions. I've done football, I've done skiing, I've done baseball, which isn't I've done basketball, which is surprisingly aggressive

And there is an anecdote in that book in which there was a person who was jet skiing, and just the movement of moving on jet skis over bouncing water can be enough to actually damage the brain. Then there are some other anecdotes as people who had fallen off of swing sets when they were maybe very little and had problems later, and they connected those two and then research in terms of criminal activity and finding a very high correlative connection between head trauma and criminality. Boxing is my favorite sport
