President Biden announces the US will transition to a fully electric 645k federal vehicle fleet

It is an obvious indication that we are trying to bolster our infrastructure. It will create a lot of jobs. Just thinking about the batteries that have to be made, the parts, the assemblies, the charging stations. I mean, the list goes on and on and on. It is going to be a pretty darn massive endeavor, one that I'm struggling to understand how they're going to effectively roll out in a reasonable period of time

Fab!!

This is such great news. And I think about the idea of shining a light on priorities, and that's what he's doing. It's almost like saying, you know, here we are. Let me just take a little light bulb and and move you around the room and let you see what we're thinking about. And we have to do that consistently for the next 100 days to remind people that life is different. Priorities are different. Values are different

That's how old those things are. And his was like breaking down all the time. And I said to him a while ago, I really don't understand why you guys just don't have electric vehicles because you figure you bring them in at night, put them on a charger, take them back out. It just seemed like it would save a whole lot more money, especially if you put in a massive stack of those Tesla solar Chargers and stuff. They're not even paying anything

Nice to see see US thinking 20 years ahead again.

I feel your frustration there, Joe. It's good to finally see the US back on the right track, because what the US does is mirrored almost everywhere else. The amount of US culture and US politics as the rest of the world absorbs is mind boggling. Yes, the electric vehicle idea is fantastic. Frankly, a lot of European countries, particularly in Scandinavians, have already put deadlines. I think that by 2035, we will not sell any more diesel vehicles. So the market is dying
