60 Minutes - Navy pilots describe encounters with UFOs

article image placeholderNavy pilots describe encounters with UFOs
Hey, swell. I saw this clip that 60 Minutes uploaded from one of their more recent episodes that deals with UFO sightings, or I believe they're called UAPs. At least that's the gun government term for them. I have to say, this is one of the most interesting things I've seen in a while now. Some of the footage that they show you are clips that have been circulated on the Internet over and over and over again

So I don't know, I'm a super skeptical person, and I think we need to ask questions, but I think we need to ask more questions. Questions about what the potential logical explanation of this Tic TAC video is

@goatea

In all your time at the show, is there anything, anything that has stood out to you as being particularly weird, even when you're sort of using that hat of skepticism? Curious to know

Yeah. Taylor, thanks for the reply. I saw another video today I'd never seen before. It looked like a black dot going into the water. So it was similar to the Tic TAC video, but something I'd never seen. Also, the quality on that was just awful. I can't imagine that they couldn't get a better shot of it, but you bring up a really good point about the adrenaline issue

Hey, Michael, thank you for the reply as well. You know, you bring up something that I think is absolutely true. I think that the more that I look to the past and learn about ancient and civilizations, I'm really just blown away. There was stuff taking place that if you really slow down and really think about it pun intended. But out of this world, also, there's a journalist and scientist

@Taylor @goatea once upon a boring late night oceanic flight

I reckon that if you've got more than 1000 hours of night flight over oceans and you look outside, which most pilots actually don't do at night, because why? It's just dark. Got your radar track the Autopilot's on. But you're in an area where there is no radar coverage on the ground. It's just your radar, which is a weather radar, not actually a ground trucking radar. And it's not an aircraft avoidance radar. It's just a weather radar
