And so I was thinking I went to Church yesterday, and we were talking about sometimes how our mindsets kind of hold us back from the things that we're trying to do or the things that we desire or the things that we want to overcome. And so I know that in my past, especially in my near past, I had really bad anxiety, really bad anxiety. Like, it was so debilitating that I just couldn't go anywhere

It gets really difficult to actually want to respond the way our flesh want us to respond. We have to be spiritual when we deal with life situation. And it's not as hard as we make it to be, but because our flesh always wants to be able to be in charge. We get anxious at times. We get overwhelmed. We sit up there and respond in ways where it leaves us to be like, oh, I can't believe I did that, man

And time solutions everywhere. Anxiety is a killer. It's taken years, as I've explained on different responses here, I guess trying to build a follow, people who got the same mindset and this self care that's new to me is taking a mind of its own. Actually, I'm interested that I've begun to follow and I'm attracted to these positivity messages, but also negativity being explored amongst all of us. It's a blessing. It just is

And I feel like people in my life are very supportive but I think it's myself that I am not really listening to. Like I know the things that I can do to help with my anxiety. I know for me like movement and going for walks and I know that helps me and yet I choose some other choices
