I have watched too many videos and blogs there in the social media platform and even I have heard it or have seen it in front of my eyes as well. Some people have a very craze in their mind that they just wanted to celebrate their birthdays as grand as they can and they do the same as well. They just go anywhere, they just cut cake with their friends. They just celebrate and I don't have any issue with that. That is a very good thing
